Returns and Exchanges
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns. However, we do offer exchanges under specific circumstances:
1. Exchange Eligibility:
- Item must be in the same condition as received
- Unworn and unused
- Original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase required
2. How to Request an Exchange:
- Contact us at kiiroaccesories@gmail.com
- We'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package
- Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted
Refunds
While we generally don't offer refunds, there are two exceptions:
- Missing Packages:
- If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping
- We'll investigate with the post office
- Refund issued if package remains unlocated
2. Damaged or Defective Items:
- Notify us immediately upon receipt
- Email kiiroaccesories@gmail.com with: • Your order number • Clear photos of the damaged item
- We'll evaluate and resolve the issue promptly
Refund Process:
- We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your item
- If approved, refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
Important Notes:
- Sale Items and Gift Cards: Not eligible for exchange, return, or refund
- Processing Time: We aim to handle all requests within 5-7 business days
