Returns and Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns. However, we do offer exchanges under specific circumstances:

  1. Exchange Eligibility:

  • Item must be in the same condition as received
  • Unworn and unused
  • Original tags attached 
  • In original packaging
  • Receipt or proof of purchase required

  2. How to Request an Exchange:

  • Contact us at kiiroaccesories@gmail.com
  • We'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package
  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Refunds

While we generally don't offer refunds, there are two exceptions:

  1. Missing Packages:
  • If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping
  • We'll investigate with the post office
  • Refund issued if package remains unlocated

      2. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Notify us immediately upon receipt
  • Email kiiroaccesories@gmail.com with: • Your order number • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • We'll evaluate and resolve the issue promptly

Refund Process:

  • We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your item
  • If approved, refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund

Important Notes:

  • Sale Items and Gift Cards: Not eligible for exchange, return, or refund
  • Processing Time: We aim to handle all requests within 5-7 business days
